Following a successful purchase, customers receive an email containing instructions and links to access their purchased books.
No physical product is shipped when purchasing an ebook or digital bundle.

3. Digital Delivery
Digital purchases are normally available shortly after payment has been completed.
Delivery emails are sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for entering a valid email address.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
Our ebooks and ebook bundles are digital products.
We do not generally offer voluntary refunds for digital products once access or downloading has begun.

Customers in the United Kingdom generally have a 14-day cancellation right for digital content purchased online. This right may be lost once digital supply begins, provided the customer has expressly consented to immediate supply, acknowledged that the cancellation right will be lost, and the applicable confirmation requirements have been met.
